TEMA encourages its students to develop their ability to take initiatives by carrying out quality “projects” either individually or as a group.

In the first year:

TEMAte: students create a personal or company website and keep it going. They are supervised and helped by a professor who helps them define their specifications and accompanies them through the different realization phases.

Examples of websites created by students:

TEMArt: with the help of artists, students express an idea starting from an everyday object and realize an artistic installation.

TEMAgé: students portray in writing an engineer with whom they have spent a day.

In the second year:

TEMAplan: students working as a team develop a Business plan for the creation and development of a company.

TEMAvest: in small groups the students manage a portfolio of transferable securities, finding the necessary information and analyses on the Net. They are trained to use Reuters and Bloomberg data bases and follow a course at the stock exchange school.

In the 2nd and 4th years:

TEMActor: students put on and act in a play in English.

In the 5th year:

Project Management: in parallel with the teaching, the students divided into teams of 5 are required to manage a project throughout the academic year.
In partnership with a local organization, the students have to conceive and carry out the project. Each team is supervised by a coach.
This “class” x ”project” x “company” articulation enables students to complement  their operational work with constantly  enriched approaches and contributions.
