A five year management program, TEMA prepares students in an original and interactive manner to the new jobs in management.
During their experiences in TEMA (internships, lectures, activities) they develop their creativity, sense of responsibility and ability to innovate.
Innovative and original pedagogy:
By joining TEMA, students experience real life company situations through classes and team work. They conduct projects with the help of professionals and of the school professors.
Development of the person:
TEMA offers teaching linked to communication, team work, general culture, languages, personal development… which enable students to acquire both professional and personal competences.
Another approach to management:
In addition to traditional management subjects (finance, marketing, human resources…) students are trained to master the disciplines and tools linked to information technology.
A fifth year à la carte:
Students can choose to do their fifth year within the specialized Masters in Technology and Management of the Ecole Centrale Paris, or within the framework of the Masters in International Management (IPBS) or at Reims Management School in Project Management.
