Deepening one's competences
in international management
My study route is surely the archetype of the school management’s objective of dual competence. After passing an STT (technical) baccalaureate, I wished to complete business studies positioned on an innovative segment. Technology management struck me as being a market answering these criteria. More than just acquiring training, my wish was to join a school that enhanced the human qualities of its students.
Thanks to the courses followed at TEMA I was able to fine-tune my professional project and chose an option in purchasing and logistics.
I later had the opportunity to put my knowledge into practice during my internships
My first experience was within the purchasing division of the BNP Paribas group as junior project manager directly attached to the person in charge of external finance. My second experience took place at EfinancialCareers in London where I dealt with business support problems. After graduating from TEMA, I decided to join the Ecole Centrale Paris so as to give a technical dimension to my initial training with a view to joining the purchasing department of a large manufacturing group. Studying in a business school also means challenging experiences like being part of the student’s board of which I was a member for one year.

The Masters in International Management

The agreement between TEMA and the IPBS Masters in International Management enables TEMA students to specialize in International Management. They spend their 5th year in two partner universities (one semester in each university) from the following list:
  • Reims Management School (France)
  • Dublin City University (Ireland)
  • Northeastern University (USA)
There are various possible combinations:

1st Semester (country1)/ 2nd Semester (country 2)
France /Ireland, USA/Ireland

This cycle leads to the awarding of a dual degree: The Masters degree of the second host institution and the TEMA degree.

All teaching is in English whatever the country.

Long term internships

40% of TEMA students enrich their schooling with a professional experience abroad. The Company Relations Department (service « Relations Entreprises ») accompanies students in their internship seeking.

Classes in English

From the 4th year, classes are increasingly taught in English. The student who so wish can follow the English Track: a semester during which all management classes are taught in English.
