A word from the Director
TEMA trains project managers who are both capable of exploiting existing means and of exploring new tracks in organizations in France as well as on international markets.
In order to do this, TEMA offers “different training” and implements it “differently”.
Conceived with a view to bringing together the management and technology worlds as well as theory and practice, TEMA has developed an inductive pedagogy. This pedagogy largely inspired by company practices, emphasizes teamwork as a critical factor of project success. In doing so, TEMA has been able to anticipate company demand by privileging the development of abilities to lean in action and to evolve in little predictable situations.
Enterprising, creative minds, eager to learn and act, welcome to a school which has been specially conceived for you!
Marie-Laure Massué, executive director of the TEMA program.
